The 2 Day Uluru Safari starts and finishes at Uluru, sleeps in a furnished tented camp and is $679, children $562. The 3 Day Uluru Budget adds Kings Canyon for $729, with every meal from day 1 lunch to day 3 lunch. The 4 Day Uluru Adventure is $819, about $205 a day, the best value of any of them. At the top end, five days in tents and swags with the park entry fees included is $1,499.

The price of an Uluru trip is mostly decided by two things: how many days you give it, and what you sleep in. The guide, the minibus, the camp and almost every meal are in the price on all of them, so the number you see is close to the number you spend once you are there.

What the price covers
- Your guide and an air-conditioned minibusfor the whole trip.
- Your bed every nighta swag, a safari tent or a furnished tented camp, and on most trips hot showers and flushing toilets at camp.
- Almost every meal.On the three day trips that is every meal from day 1 lunch to day 3 lunch, including a campfire dinner on day 2 on the Budget run.
- The Uluru and Kata Tjuta park entrance feesare named as included on the 3 Day Uluru Adventure, the $979 3 Day Uluru Safari, and the 4 and 5 Day Uluru Safaris.
- A free transfer at the endon the 4 day Adventure and 4 day Safari, to the Desert Gardens Hotel or Uluru airport.
The small print, so the total is right
- Join at Uluru and day 1 lunch is not in the priceon the 2 day Tour and the 4 day Adventure, because you join after it. Starting in Alice Springs, it is.
- On the 3 Day Uluru Budgeta free shuttle runs from Kings Canyon to Yulara on day 3. The onward transfer to the airport is extra and is booked in advance.

With children
Two Uluru trips carry a published child fare: the 2 Day Uluru Safari at $562 against $679 for an adult, and the 7 day trip from Uluru to Adelaide at $1,076 against $1,305. For any of the others, tell us the children's ages and we will get the fare for that trip. Starting from Alice Springs or Uluru
Most of the three and four day trips start in Alice Springs or at Uluru, for the same price. The Adventure trips leave Alice Springs at 5:30am, or you join at Ayers Rock between 1pm and 2pm. The 2 Day Uluru Safari starts and finishes at Uluru, picking up from Ayers Rock Airport and the Yulara hotels between 1pm and 2pm.
