Adelaide averages 30°C by day in January and 15°C in July, and the island is milder again in summer: Kingscote averages 27°C in January. February is Adelaide's driest month, with 16mm of rain, so summer is long warm days on the beach at Seal Bay; the winter months are cooler and quieter.
