I did the Perth to Exmouth return trip and it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. There is the right number of stops and you see a huge amount, and cooking and cleaning as a group brought everyone together. Our guide Steve was lovely, full of knowledge about every place we visited and great at telling stories. A ten out of ten trip.
The Perth to Exmouth return tour with Steve was amazing. He had so much local knowledge and we all learned a lot about each place we visited. The food and accommodation were great and the whole tour was well organised and good fun. Recommended if you want to see the best spots along the west coast.
The seven-day west coast tour was truly amazing. Even though a major storm had hit the week before, they made a real effort to adapt and put together the best possible route for us. Our guide Steve was always in good spirits and positive, and his energy and organisation brought the trip to life.
A great week with Adventure Tours heading up to Coral Bay. Despite a lot of last-minute itinerary changes because of the recent cyclone, our guide Steve made sure we saw as much as possible. A very enjoyable week with a friendly atmosphere in the group, and I would happily go on another trip with them.
“Epic trip to the Ningaloo reef and back”
I booked the Perth to Exmouth return tour and loved it. Our guide Kimberley was a safe driver and very knowledgeable about the landscape, wildlife and history of the region, as well as being a good cook and fun to be around. The highlight for me was Ningaloo Reef again, where the snorkelling is exceptional and we saw manta rays, sharks, turtles and so many different fish. An epic tour, good company and, in my view, good value for money.
I did the seven-day Perth to Exmouth tour with Kimberly as our guide. It was very well planned, with decent hostels to stay in, great spots to see and delicious food cooked by her with a little help from the group. I had not realised the travel times would be so long, but it is Australia and I got used to it quickly. The group was great, we had plenty of time at each stop and there were a few surprises along the way that were well worth it.
Just back from the Perth to Exmouth return tour and it was fantastic, a trip I will always treasure. The beauty of the wild and unpredictable Australian landscape is unbelievable, and after eight years living in Australia it was my first time on the west coast. The group was the best, always ready to adapt and explore. Our guide Kimberly was tough and warm-hearted and very funny, and she went out of her way to look after everyone, even running the trip in forty-seven degree heat.
The best time. I did the week-long Perth to Exmouth return trip and saw amazing wildlife, explored significant landmarks and shared it all with a great group of people. An exhilarating seven-day tour of the northern west coast. Our guide Mitch made sure everyone was having fun and planned everything wonderfully. It was the highlight of my past three months in Australia. The accommodation, food and transport were all good, and I especially enjoyed the farm on the last night. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the west coast and meet great people along the way.
A seven-day tour from Perth to Exmouth and back. We had two guides with us this week, Steve and Mitch, both very knowledgeable and great at keeping morale high. Good music, good food, and the itinerary adapted to the weather and tides. I went in November and we swam with six manta rays at Coral Bay, watched a female turtle prepare her nest at Exmouth and followed wild emus through the town centre. A great week with a great group, and I would recommend it for groups or solo travellers.

The ten-day Perth to Exmouth and Karijini National Park return tour was great. Highlights included sunrise in Kalbarri National Park, the optional snorkelling at Ningaloo Reef, a sea turtle asleep on the beach and the gorges of Karijini. It was nice to spend the first half of the trip in hostels and then move outside, choosing between a tent or a swag under the Karijini night sky with dingoes howling in the distance. Our guide Jenai made every day special with her happy spirit and her knowledge of and respect for the people, animals and country.
I joined the Perth to Exmouth tour and it was incredible from start to finish. The itinerary covered all the highlights of Western Australia, from Kalbarri to Shark Bay, Coral Bay and Cape Range National Park, with a good mix of adventure and relaxation. “Beautiful nature experiences in nice company”
We had an incredibly nice nature experience with knowledgeable guide, Shearna who created a good atmosphere during the whole trip. We learned about nature, people and culture in two magnificent national parks: Uluru-Kata Tjuta and Watarrka. We traveled with a nice group of young people and adults who were willing to help along the way. Warm Bushbread with blueberries directly from the fire, sunrise over Uluru, walks at dawn and Shearna’s friendly and mood-filled voice were the highlights of the trip.

“Great way to explore the Red Centre”
Amazing! Very active itinerary with lots of walking around spectacular landmarks. Food was basic but fresh & ample quantity. Campsites were basic, but clean and well maintained- my family stayed in the eco huts (canvas permanent tent with proper bed). Sunrise at Uluṟu & Kings Canyon is well worth the super early wake ups. Simon is a great guide- very knowledgeable and organised.
We had an amazing time on the Perth to Exmouth group tour. As a solo traveller I could never have covered that distance on my own. The trip was well organised and we saw incredible landscapes along the way. Our guide Jenai was brilliant, great fun and full of useful information, and made sure we got the most out of it. The bus was comfortable and some of the accommodation was a bit basic, but that was fine given how much we got to see.
Steve, our guide, was the best I've ever had: a great communicator, expert cook, very organised and excellent at explaining what we were seeing. Rugged, beautiful country and a must for everyone.

“Absolutely unforgettable”
This trip was absolutely unforgettable! Everything was so well organized, and I was amazed by how much I enjoyed sleeping in the swags under the stars.
The shared campsite bathrooms had hot water, and the hikes were very manageable – you can take them at a comfortable pace.
Our guide, Mitch, was simply fantastic. His knowledge and passion for the Outback – its geography, vegetation, and especially Aboriginal culture – were truly inspiring. He always made sure everyone felt comfortable and worked hard to give us the best experience possible. And on top of that, he turned out to be a great cook, with incredible energy that made the whole tour fun and relaxed.
I will never forget the moment I saw Uluru for the first time – be prepared to feel deeply moved! A huge thank you to Adventure Tours and Mitch for these wonderful days that I will always carry in my heart.

“Back to basic”
This group tour is a nice and cozy way to discover the surroundings of Uluru. It's very basic, but our guide Simon did everything he could to manage everything and make us feel comfortable.
It was very hot, so we went out early for the beautiful walks.
4 stars and no 5 because of the change of tourguide and merging with another group. Mitch was a little less tight in planning, causing chaos and confusion.
Additional necessities not mentioned: swimwear because there is a swimming pool on the campsite. And a fly net because of the annoying flies.

“Life changing experience”
The tour was simply amazing! 7 days in the Outback truly experiencing all the beauty of the landscape was legendary. I was very fortunate to have Mitch as my guide. He was funny, incredibly insightful about aboriginal culture and a true adventurer. I feel honored to have been able to experience these days with him. Watch out though because if you make a mistake you have to wear a very silly hat for the duration of your trip, which sadly I had to wear almost 24/7

“Great 7 Nights - Alex is a real legend!”
A really enjoyable few days, made amazing by Alex, our tour guide who was just an absolute legend!
Uluru and the nearby national parks and hikes were amazing! Lovely sunrises and sunsets and the stars were just incredible.
We had a really diverse group of ages, nationalities, personalities etc but that made it really nice. It was a group of 20 of us but we were all one nice big group and then just spoke to each other at different points.
Camping in swags in the campsite under the stars. Nice couple of fires too!
Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide than Alex, he was so friendly, fun, and accommodating for everyone. It’s always good fun collecting wood!

Ryan was fab. He catered to the whole group (families / solo / couples) and ensured we had a great time. The food was great and the stop offs amazing. The only criticism is there was a lot of back and forth picking up/dropping off travelers throughout the tour including driving to uluru from Alice springs to then drive back to kings canyon, back to uluru again.

Mitch was the best! He answered our every whim, always had cups at the ready for us, brought us to the local servo and supplied us with plenty of marshmallows! We never ran out of food and had to go hunting for bugs and he never made us wear a silly hat for asking silly questions! I travelled up to Exmouth and back to Perth in the space of a week with Adventure Tours and it was an incredible experience. There is a lot to squeeze into one week but I couldn't recommend it more. The highlight was swimming with whale sharks on Ningaloo Reef. Our guide Glen was phenomenal - we couldn't have asked for a better person to take us up the coast.
I was sceptical about organised tours, worried it would feel too packaged and touristy, but that wasn't the case at all on the Perth to Exmouth trip. Glenn, our driver and guide, was natural and friendly and showed us the most striking places along the west coast while adding anecdotes and history. He also cooked us great meals every time. The people I met were all friendly and open. A great week.

The trip was amazing, the itinerary excellent and the accommodation clean and comfortable enough. The best part was our guide, Kimberley — a real professional with a deep knowledge of the area, which she shared with enthusiasm and humour. The group got on brilliantly and everyone was ready to book another trip with her.
Glenn, our guide, could not have been better company: extremely knowledgeable about the plants, wildlife and local culture, and accommodating with everyone's needs. A great group too, and the accommodation was basic but clean.

A shout out first to Lucia in reservations, who kept me calm when two connecting flights were cancelled and explained what would happen if I missed the trip. The tour itself is great value for the experiences, stays and food. Monkey Mia was my favourite stop - we arrived at sunset with a full moon rising, dolphins playing and a turtle coming to say hello. The whale shark extra was the highlight and I swam with one three times, and we saw plenty of humpbacks too. Our guide Mel brought a lot of energy, was funny and informative, and handled dietary requirements well.
I had the best experience with them on the Perth to Exmouth trip, and afterwards booked another of their tours to Uluru. Both were really good, especially the west coast one. Well organised, good food, knowledgeable and lovely guides, fun activities and plenty of options to choose from.
The first night's accommodation at the Kalbarri YHA was shocking — dirty, and I came away with bed bug bites all over my torso. My guide Mel completely made the trip for me though. The whole group fed off her positive energy, she's clearly passionate about her work and we all felt safe with her at the wheel of the big truck. Everything was well organised and clearly explained.

Where do I begin?
I have done a lot of travelling in my life but the Perth to Exmouth Return Tour has to be the best trip I have ever been on!
This trip is truly magical, from sleeping under the stars to fulfilling a dream of swimming with whale sharks.
From start to finish, from booking the tour to saying our goodbyes, the trip exceeded my expectations.
Chanty helped organise the trip and Rainey was our guide. He was so knowledgeable and so attentive, he was just the BEST!
This tour really is the best way to see WA if you are a backpacker / solo traveller / couple or older guests looking for adventure and do not wish to hire a car.
The tour is a perfect amount of time and includes all the best stops and activities along the west coast. Some include seeing wild dolphins in Monkey Mia, visiting the Pink Lake and swimming with mantas and whale sharks in Exmouth, not to mention some of the best stars / sunrises / sunsets I have ever seen in my life!
This trip was just perfect and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. The East Coast is amazing but WA is sooooo underrated amoung travellers and is up there with one of the best places I have ever visited. You know what they say.. WEST is BEST!
If you are even considering booking a tour … DO IT you will not be disappointed!

“A bucket list experience”
What a fantastic experience, no glamping. Ryan (not Bob) was a wonderful guide whose main objectives were to make sure we had a great time, as well as look after our safety. Being February it was very hot, so we were reminded to drink lots of water. The trip didn’t disappoint. From Uluru to Kings Canyon, to camping under clear skies this will be a lifelong memory. Part of the fun was that everyone helped with preparing the meals, and getting to know one another.
Just did the trip from Perth to Exmouth and all the beautiful spots in between, and it was an incredible experience. Our guides Jenai and Steve went above and beyond to make it memorable and informative. As an added bonus I spent the week with a great group of people who I now count as friends.
The Perth to Exmouth return trip was amazing and I loved every bit of it. Our guides Jenai and Steve were caring and helpful and I could not have asked for better. I need vegan food and had more options than I have ever had on a tour. The activities were well worth doing and the accommodation was perfectly fine. Even the long bus rides didn't feel long because we stopped often. Recommended for anyone who wants to see a lot of the west coast in a short time.
I did the Perth to Exmouth return trip in April and had an amazing week. A week is a short time to cover that much ground and there is a lot of driving, but I was really happy with how much we saw and did. Mel and Jenai were both relaxed, fun guides who went with what the group wanted. I met some wonderful people and the group gelled well. My one suggestion would be an extra day at both Monkey Mia and Coral Bay - I would happily have paid for a ten day version.

“Best Trip in Aus”
Its hard not to fall in love with Western Australia after this 7 day tour!!
This trip takes you to all the best destinations and sights WA has to offer, there are SO many incredible stops along the way its hard to just name a few!
The white sandy beaches and turquoise waters have some of the most beautiful marine wildlife I have seen any where in the world!
We had the opportunity to swim with manta rays, whale sharks, reef sharks, turtles and more! We went on plenty of walks including seeing the Pinnacles and Kalbarri National Park. The accommodation was varied and nice, everyone on the tour was so friendly! There was a range of different nationality's and ages on board and the tour definitely had something for everyone. 10/10!

This trip was a highlight of my travel. The guide, Jason, was very knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Good driver too, great guide and good cook! This trip offers a perfect way of exploring the west coast, getting to see the most beautiful places. The accomodation ist mostly dormitory style backpackers hostels, nice and clean. The bus is comfortable and reliable. You will get to enjoy the comforts of being driven around while being told interesting facts and stories. It's good value and I'd recommend it to everyone!

Had the best 7 days on this tour! The scenery you see and activities you get to do and wildlife you see is impossible to describe in a way that does it all justice. You just have to go and see & experience it yourself!
Abseiling, swimming with manta rays and snorkeling with the whalesharks were even more magical than I thought, definitely worth every dollar and more!
I'd recommend to get the pro photos from the snorkeling tours, there is no way you get better ones yourself with a gopro :P
Accommodation is in mixed share dorms, all hostels were clean and nice. There is an option to upgrade to a private room as well (if available so definitely prebook!)
There was so much food and it was delicious, even as a vegan I was well fed throughout the tour ^^
Your guide/driver Carla is just the best person ever <3 So funny, caring and knowledgeable. I am still in touch with people from the tour, so you can really make good friends as well.
This is a trip of a lifetime, so if you are thinking about it, just book it!

“Highly Recommend”
Just finished an awesome week in WA. Our tour manger Carla was bloody amazing, the accommodations were all clean and comfortable. Monkey Mia was my favourite plus waking up to dolphins in the bay was perfect.
One thing I would advise is to ask your agent or Autopia directly to book your excursions in advance as I was unable to book onto a dive with the whale sharks due to no availability.

missed the sunrises. The Western Australia is defiantly a place where you take a tour as most of the trip you don't have phone reception while on the road. All the guides for this company have 10+ years experience and the company has been around for over 30 years.

The locations and activities are very well selected and the itinerary is well structured. But above all, I would like to mention that our guide, Warwick (Wokka), was really awesome! He was experienced, helpful and super funny :) it was like being with a friend and thanks to him the overall experience was amazing!

“7-day tour Perth - Exmouth”
The 7 day tour from Perth to Exmouth was a great experience. We saw all the important places, animals like dolphins, emus, kangaroos, pelicans, turtles, other birds and lots of colourful fish when snorkelling in Coral and Turquoise bay.
We slept in dormitories on campsites which were nice and clean and quiet in the evening for those who wanted to go to sleep early. Those who wanted to stay up, could do that too.
From a previous tour I could see the difference that a motivated, enthusiastic guide makes to your experience. Damo (Damien I think) was always motivated, funny and told us lots of interesting things about the sights and life in Australia. He also cooked very well for us in the evening and also varied lunch (not just always sandwiches). He and the nice people on the tour really made these 7 days a special experience for me which I will recommend to everyone planning on going to Australia!!

Brilliant way to end my year in Australia, couldn't have asked for a better tour guide Jason, he made the trip very entertaining.
Snorkelling was beautiful, highly recommend the Manta Ray snorkelling trip at Coral Bay, made my day seeing a turtle.

“Best trip so far in Aus!! Perth-Exmouth 7 days”
Myself and my fiance recently did the 7 day Perth-Exmouth trip and we both agreee this was one of our favourite holidays of our year and a half in Australia!! Hayden our tour guide was fantastic, kept us going and made us laugh along the way and joined in with our lovely group in the evenings. Also very knowledgable. The group was small, 9 people and the minibus comfortable. The food was great and accommodation good, mostly 4 or 8 bed dorms. Absolutely no complaints about this trip and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see the beautiful WA. No hidden extras to pay unless you want to do the optional activities,I would definitely recommend the manta rays snorkel!!

“Great trip, so worthwhile!”
I did the 7 day Perth to Exmouth return tour. It was a brilliant tour with nice accommodation, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and we met up with other tour groups from the same company along the way so had some good banter. The tour incorporates lots of key sights along the way, great for anyone short on time but wanting a good tour of WA. I'd recommend it to anyone!
