Are there any long periods of driving?

The initial drive out to Kakadu can be quite long – it is almost 300km to the park border. The tour stops along the way to see a few attractions and calls in at the Bark Hut Inn, where you can stretch your legs and grab some refreshments. All up it takes a couple of hours of driving to reach Kakadu, but the time goes quicker than you'd think – the country is amazing.
