It was wonderful to see the animals and birds, though I'd rather see them in the wild than in captivity. Still a great experience.
Great walkways where the animals are easy to see, and we even spotted birds and koalas from the dining area. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The warm staff shared their deep love and knowledge of the animals, including stories of rescue and rehabilitation. A wide range of native wildlife, beautifully kept, and being able to return over the following days is a great idea.
A must in Port Douglas, with parrots, cockatoos, a koala, kangaroos, emus, a cassowary, pelicans and a thrilling huge croc, and a big aviary where you walk among the birds. Grab a food bag for the roos and wallabies, and coins to feed the big fish. Your ticket lets you come back, and we did.
