Did the Sweet as South in the second half of July. If you want to be pushed past your comfort zone and shown views that barely look real, this is the one. I'm a fairly introverted girl and my only plan was to say yes to everything, so I came home having skydived, bungy jumped, hiked a glacier off a helicopter, skied, and found a brilliant bunch of like-minded people.
Lovely group, stunning landscapes. Everything ran to plan, and both our trip manager and the coach driver knew their stuff and were easy company. We set off as strangers and finished as close mates, which says it all. Brilliant way to see somewhere new.
For a first Contiki, honestly incredible. Our trip manager had the free-time extras sorted from the pre-departure day right through to the final morning, and made it a laugh throughout. Gorgeous spots, and going in early winter meant we got snow. The places we stayed were comfortable and a short walk from whatever the town had on. Good pick whether it's your first Contiki or just a few days away.
Loved it. There's a good spread of adrenaline stuff and quieter things, so nobody misses out. Our trip manager was brilliant, organised, funny, and genuinely interested in everyone. When roads shut unexpectedly and the planned route back to Christchurch was off, she kept us posted the whole time she was arranging an alternative. Rooms were cramped here and there, but spotless, and it's a fast way to get to know your group.
Good mix of moving and stopping. Two days apiece at Franz Josef Glacier and Queenstown was a treat, with lots of Te Waipounamu in between. Our guide's love of Aotearoa New Zealand came through, and she ran the free-time extras without fuss. Clean coach, expertly handled on wild roads. Rooms were tidy and well placed, but Queenstown could do with a kettle lol.
Book it if New Zealand is on your list. Our trip manager talked us through everywhere we drove past or slept, including Māori myths, legends and history. Winter is worth aiming for, roughly July to early September, since Queenstown and the other towns are more likely to have snow. Rooms were fine, mostly four of us, then in Queenstown it's a room of eight pods, which was a laugh. Breakfasts and dinners come with it and there's plenty of it, healthy too, and I was never once hungry. Queenstown gives you Fergs vouchers for breakfast and the choice there is huge. Loads of free-time add-ons, plenty of them adrenaline-based if that appeals. I loved the kayaking and quad biking at Franz Josef, and the Queenstown e-bike tour around the lake is a must. Be warned, it's three or four hours with hills either way, but the scenery makes up for it. I'd have taken a second day at Lake Ōhau, since fog sat over it for our whole 24 hours and we never saw the lake or Mount Cook, but the three-course dinner was a 10/10 and the fireplaces made it so cosy. Ice closed the roads so we detoured to Christchurch, which meant missing Twizel and Geraldine, a shame. A nice one to begin with, and the views are something else.
Our trip manager and driver were unreal, hands down the best pairing you could ask for. They made everyone feel looked after and at ease, and when plans fell over they just stayed calm and upbeat about it. We adore them.

Hard to put this one into words. Beautiful, full of adventure, and pleasantly unplanned at times. Starting out with a bunch of strangers and finishing with people you'd genuinely meet up with again is a special thing. Our trip manager and driver made the rough weather worth it, and turned the late nights and early bus starts into fun.
So glad I went, and I'd tell anyone to do it. Just budget properly for the free-time add-ons on top of what's included, which makes sense given not everyone wants to bungy, canyon swing or kayak. One thing worth knowing: because it's a modular trip, the social side can be awkward. We joined people who'd already been together a fortnight on NZ Ultimate/Panorama, though our Trip Manager did a lovely job of folding us in seamlessly. Also, ours was roughly 95% Aussies aged 22 and under, which won't suit everyone but was a good laugh. Another Contiki is definitely happening.
I was enjoying this right up until the first modular group headed off. I hadn't twigged there were three of them, with mine joining last, which made slotting in hard. Everyone was lovely, but most of my friends came from the group that left three days before the end. Had I known, I'd have picked the ultimate or the panorama instead. Against the other Contiki I've done, this one leans heavily on free time and sorting yourself out, so there are days you barely see anyone. You could feel the mood shift over those last three days. Beautiful places and fun for what it was, but I'd steer people away from the sweet as south modular and toward ultimate or panorama.
Would sign up again tomorrow. Our trip manager and the bus driver were among the most genuine, decent people I've come across. Easy recommendation.

New Zealand was fantastic. First Contiki and first time travelling solo, so I went in nervous, but it turned out two thirds of us were solo as well. Everyone wanted to make friends, and after nine days all 50 of us knew each other and had a pile of shared memories. Our trip manager was friendly and knew her stuff, which made sorting activities simple, and her tips for exploring locally meant we used our time well. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

So much fun, and my first Contiki. The trip manager was amazing, and when weather killed an activity they'd find us something else if we wanted it. The scenery at each stop, and on the road between them, is breathtaking. The coach was always clean and the driver was superb the whole way. How he avoided motion sickness on roads that winding, I'll never know.

Unforgettable time exploring the breathtaking South Island with a great bunch of people. First Contiki and first solo trip overseas, and it couldn't have gone better. Between Contiki and our trip manager Brad, the planning side was effortless, and the places, activities and transport were all first rate. Can't recommend it highly enough.
The organisation was excellent, and the trip manager and driver were both great. Meeting new people and trying things alongside them was the best part. 10/10, and a really good short trip if you're new to Contiki and want to dip a toe in. It's already got me planning the next one.

Had a wonderful time on the Sweet as South. So much natural beauty, plus a few great cities along the way. Our trip manager knew each place well and wove Māori stories into what she told us. The one thing I'd change is more time at Lake Tekapo, ideally a night, to properly do the stargazing. First time overseas and first Contiki, and it was great, so another booking is coming soon.
The Sweet As South was honestly a trip of a lifetime. Bungy jumping was a rush, the skiing was in mountains that took my breath away, and hiking on a glacier felt surreal. Great group too, nights out every night and a stack of new friends, mostly Australians given the tour was about 90% Aussies. Do it.

couldn't fault it. Loads of fun, plenty of free-time add-ons, great people, great views. Almost all the rooms were lovely, except Queenstown's capsule hostel, which was squishy with five other girls, but I didn't mind and wouldn't change it.
Rain on and off for a few days and it was still fantastic, arguably better for it. The wet and the colder-than-expected weather meant the waterfalls and the snow were at their best, which felt magical. Every activity was a great time, and more so because of the people I did them with. The views from the coach crossing the South Island never got old.

Fine on the whole, but where we stayed fell short, cleanliness especially. The horse riding add-on also felt dear for the length of it and the state of the horses' training.
Our trip manager and driver went beyond anything I expected. This is my second Contiki and Ash's professionalism and effort really stood out, since you could see the work behind it and the care was unmatched. A few things got cancelled, which was a shame, but the two of them handled it gracefully and made up for it however they could. The time in each place felt about right and I enjoyed all of it. I'll say it again, our trip manager was superb: the bus playlist, how quickly she replied to messages before, during and after, every day planned to the letter, and each of us getting a trip that suited us.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, and as a first Contiki it went well past what I'd imagined. I ended up in a helicopter twice in one week, and although Queenstown wasn't new to me, I saw it in a completely different light. Three moments stand out: the flight to Franz Josef Glacier, worth every minute of the 30; a lovely evening at the little bar by Lake Ōhau, where my second ever dart hit the bullseye; and the Milford Sound cruise. Our Trip Manager and Coach Captain were both exceptional and a big part of why it worked, as was the mix of interesting people from all over. I won't forget it, and I'm already weighing up the next one.
AMAZING and so much fun. My first group tour of any kind and my first time outside North America. Lake Ōhau, where we went for the night sky, was rough, though I doubt there's anywhere else nearby, and it was worth it anyway. Two other places had no hot water, or none at all, when we arrived, so no showers, but both were fixed within hours. Great views, great activities, a nearly new bus that rode smoothly, and a driver and trip manager who were the bomb. The glow worms were the one letdown, apparently far better in the north island and in Australia, and nothing like advertised, so give that a miss. Otherwise a blast. Only 16 of us, a lovely number, so everyone could hang out together. I really didn't want to go home.

Travelling solo, there's no better way to take on Queenstown than with a group of like-minded people egging you on as you edge towards your first bungee jump. Franz Josef was beautiful and we got lucky with a flight onto the glacier. Milford Sound didn't go our way — snow shut the road. Could it sit earlier in the schedule so there's room to shuffle? Either way, the country is stunning. The Real Country Farm stop was a winner: hands-on, genuinely interesting, and full of adorable animals.

Organisation was tight and the planning showed. Brit, the trip manager, was great — plenty of knowledge, friendly, never reluctant to help. The itinerary worked well, with lots of chances to do activities and free-time add-ons.
I got through far more than I'd pictured going in. Nothing was left to chance on any day, start to finish. Our trip manager was incredible, so on top of everything that none of us had to think for ourselves.
My first Contiki, and the Sweet as South run with Brit and Hendrik blew me away, so I'm already eyeing another. The optional extras are brilliant (I did bungy, pounamu carving and canyoning), and I came away having learnt a huge amount about the land, Maori culture and spirituality. Eight or nine days hits the sweet spot: big adventure days balanced with proper downtime, and not too many hours sitting on the coach. Real Country Farm, Milford Sound and the Dark Sky Project were all superb. Evenings could be as wild or as quiet as you fancied, the friendships felt real, and having Brit and Hendrik along for cheeky lemonades was great. Anyone heading to NZ for the first time should book this one. It's mean as.
You couldn't ask for a better pairing than Brit running the trip and Hendrik behind the wheel. They organised us, backed us up, and felt like family by the end. Brit kept the accommodation sorted and kept us informed; Hendrik nudged us into saying yes to things, skydiving included.
If you want to escape for a bit, this is it. Loads to do, and a dream if you're chasing adrenaline. Brit, our trip manager, was brilliant too, especially on Maori culture.

What a trip around the South Island. The organisation was spot on and every activity going was good fun. Something is laid on most evenings too, silent discos, group dinners, clubs, and the whole group was lovely. The accommodation included was decent as well. Recommend it without hesitation.
A good trip on the whole, and Madeleine and Nick kept the mood right and were happy to help. My one gripe was the helicopter hike. My partner and I both signed up, but places were capped and one of us missed out, along with two others. Shortly after, Madeleine said she'd secured six more spots. I assumed the three of us already turned away would go straight in. Instead she opened it up to the whole bus, so people who hadn't wanted it in the first place put their names forward and it went to a draw from a hat. We had to enter again against that new crowd and, predictably, missed out a second time, despite having asked for it from the start.
Nothing wrong with the itinerary. There was room to pack several activities in, see the lot, and still slow down if you felt like it. Our trip manager knew her stuff and put in extra effort to keep it fun. Meg had a way of pulling the group together so nobody felt left out.
A friend actually asked whether one of us had been given bad news, because we were knocking off bucket-list things one after another. That's the level this trip runs at. They couldn't believe the photos we kept sending, and nor could I — bungy jumping and skydiving inside a single day, then hiking a glacier on another. Hard to picture anything better.
Such a good trip. Ollie ran it and Nick drove us, and between them they were hilarious and left nobody out. Franz Josef and the wild flowers stopped me in my tracks. The one surprise was how often I ate out, since the hostels didn't really have kitchens and there was no time to cook anyway, though at least the money went to local places.
Everything on the itinerary matched what I'd signed up for and was good fun. The food on the included side genuinely caught me off guard. My trip manager was wonderful and I'd take her on every trip I do. She checked everyone was enjoying themselves and always knew where to eat or what to try. If you're an anxious traveller, or a bit stressy, or it's your first time away, Contiki is the way to go. She walked us round each town showing us where our activities left from, which was a lifesaver for someone like me.
Enjoyed it, and I liked that we pulled over for photo stops. Plenty of choice in the suggestions and activities, whoever you are, and the trip manager was on hand for anything I needed.
Sweet as South with Meg P and Pat was a cracker. Every stop was gorgeous, the group was lovely, and our leader and driver were both good fun and full of knowledge.
Loved it. Bryce guided us brilliantly, and his pride in his country and culture rubbed off on all of us. The included activities were a blast and put New Zealand's culture and natural wonders front and centre.

A brilliant run around the South Island, organised properly and a lot of fun. The Milford Sound cruise is a standout inclusion and the places we stayed were great. Queenstown has so much going on that four nights felt about right. One tip: add up the cost of the free-time extras before you commit, because they mount up fast. Still a superb trip, and I'll be doing another Contiki.
New Zealand was a once-in-a-lifetime trip and I'm itching for the next one. It ran like clockwork and the suggestions we got were genuinely useful. I wanted to do every activity on offer and simply ran out of time.
Contiki number three for me and it beat the other two easily. Great range of extra activities and a sensible amount of free time. Our trip manager was a Kiwi, so his local knowledge was excellent. The only downside was out of anyone's hands: the weather turned at Franz Josef and a couple of things I'd been excited about were called off. Still 10/10.

The add-ons were brilliant. A few got called off, but that's weather for you, and New Zealand is stunning regardless. Sam, our trip manager, was absolutely amazing, and the way he looked after us and the energy he brought turned this into a memory for life. Duncan drove us well and was lovely to chat with. My whole friend group wants to do this now.
The best thing I've done. Lovely group, great optional activities, stunning spots, excellent guides. If I had to pick a fault, it's that a fair few hours go by on the coach.
There was always another included activity to look forward to, and even the drives were beautiful. New Zealand really has to be seen. Brit put in extraordinary effort to make each stop exciting, and the organisation, the way she made everyone feel safe and comfortable, and her grasp of the country and its sights were all admirable. Whitebait and Dylan were terrific drivers with great banter, but above all they took the job seriously. I'm a nervous back-seat type and never once felt unsafe. There's a big list of extras to choose from, with something to suit everybody. The group was so lovely that I've come away with friends for life. I never expected a trip this good, or these memories, with people this brilliant in a country this gorgeous. Brit and team, thank you, endlessly.
Every part of this trip was a joy. Brit, who managed it, was warm, flexible, funny and always in our corner. She gave us something genuinely rich and real, and never rushed a question. The group properly bonded. I'd go again and I'd tell others to.
Our manager was fine but plainly running on empty, since this was their third trip back to back. When the accommodation went wrong I ended up dealing with the hostel myself. A bit more support wouldn't have gone amiss.
Solid overall. You get the South Island's headline stops plus a few places most visitors wouldn't find on their own. The activity list leans heavily towards adventure sports, bungy jumping, canyoning and the like. It's still worth doing if that's not your thing, but do some homework on what else you could arrange yourself, particularly for the four days in Queenstown. Ours was a big group, roughly 53, and though they were good company I struggled to get to know everybody. That size also affected which activities were available and when. You can't pick your group size, but it's worth bearing in mind if you travel at peak times.
The inclusions are strong, and Milford Sound was something else. The optional extras are worth loading up on too. Canyoning was my pick of them. I skipped the real daredevil stuff because I was too scared, but everyone who did it raved about it.
It was the first time I'd gone abroad on my own, and the trip manager made it all simple while lining up a great spread of activities. Heights terrify me, yet I threw myself out of a plane anyway. The skydive was terrifying and completely worth it, with Queenstown spread out underneath.
Meg managed us brilliantly and Dylan was a top driver. The schedule covered everything we'd hoped for and a few things we hadn't known to hope for. Great trip, great people.

I came away from this tour with friends for life, and we're already planning where we go next. I travelled by myself, and Contiki meant I was never actually on my own. There's a lot of road time, but you cover serious ground and the landscapes are beautiful. Highly recommend. NZ has my heart.
The tour itself was good, but our trip manager wasn't around much and we were largely left to sort ourselves out, which showed most when the weather wrecked the plans.

Heaps of fun and I met brilliant people. Enough dinners are included that you get to know the group, and enough free evenings that you can grab your own tea and wander off. Our trip manager and driver were funny and groovy and honestly carried it. Contiki suits me: beds, transport and some meals sorted in advance, so there's nothing to stress about.
I loved this from start to finish. Every place we went was stunning, and we were never hurried, so there was time to actually look around. My only regret is stopping there instead of carrying on to the North Island.

They did far more than the job asked and gave us a fantastic look at the South Island of New Zealand. October treated us kindly, with sunshine most days, hardly any rain, and view after view. Queenstown has adrenalin activities in every direction, and there are plenty of big nights to be had. A great little getaway. Fair warning, there's a decent chunk of driving to cover the south, but it's worth it.
Loved the itinerary, and the accommodation was a genuine shock, far better than I'd braced for. No complaints at all, and the vibe on tour was relaxed. Our trip manager knew everything about every single place we went and every activity we did.

We took the Sweet as South tour, and Lucy managing it with Weeman driving made the whole thing. They kept us entertained and made sure we squeezed in everything we wanted, and there's a long list of optional extras to choose from. I'd recommend it to anybody.

New Zealand had been on my list for years, and going with Contiki turned out to be the right call. We took in so many beautiful parts of the South Island, and I saw snow falling for the first time in my life. Sam, our trip manager, and Pat, our driver, were exceptional, with deep knowledge of the country and of Maori culture, and they gave the group everything. I'll hold on to these memories, and to the lifelong friend I made. Booking the Northern Choice tour next year.
We got the best of the southern end of NZ with enough free time to go off on our own. Bryce and Louis, the Contiki pair looking after us, went beyond what was asked when the weather got in the way, so we still came away with a great time and good experiences. Unforgettable.

Budget carefully though, because the add-ons aren't cheap, even if the trip gets better the more of them you do. The accommodation was fairly dodgy as well, which is what you'd expect given how cheap the Contiki itself is. Still an amazing experience, 10/10.

I'd push New Zealand, and this particular trip, on anyone. For scenery, going out at night, adrenaline activities and what you get for your money, the South Island really does deliver. Susie, who guided us, was brilliant: she knew her stuff, had everything sorted, and made sure each of us could do the trip our own way. The landscape floored me over and over, even just staring out the coach window, with Milford Sound and Franz Josef standing out most. Nine days holds a huge amount, so expect to be worn out now and then, but she spread things sensibly and kept morale high. Meals, beds and the included activities all felt like good value, so even without splashing out on extras you'll enjoy yourself if you come with the right attitude.

You can fill every single day with activities like I did, or just take it easy knowing your beds and transport are already handled. My one bit of advice is to pay for the twin share room option; otherwise no complaints at all.
Everything I'd pictured, and then some. What I liked was that the route didn't just tick off the famous spots, because we got proper local insight too. Our trip manager was lovely and always willing to help, and the bus driver had us in stitches, such a character. Gorgeous country, and a brilliant way to see it. The one thing I'd change: our first kickstarter evening could have used some group games or icebreakers, because with 50-plus of us there were a lot of names to learn.
Kicking off in beautiful Franz Josef and rolling on to Queenstown made for an adventure-packed opening, and closing out beside Lake Ohau gave us a calm, scenic finish with the friends we'd just made.
This changed things for me. Partway through the South Island I handed in my notice at work so I could carry on up to the North Island as well. Rae and Masso were so helpful and full of knowledge, and made it brilliant for the whole group, so give them both a pay rise.
Breakfast at the Queenstown hotel let it down. Sweet food isn't something I can face in the morning and two of the days were exactly that; there really ought to be a couple of choices so people can pick. Rooms shared between eight or more is also a lot, though I got lucky and only had two other girls with me. Apart from that it was all good and I enjoyed the whole thing.
A tour I absolutely loved. Hannah and Dylan were a seasoned pair who knew New Zealand inside out. Christchurch was a good place to begin, though be aware you're joining a longer trip and some of the group have already been travelling together for a few days. There was plenty going on at Franz Josef, and while the rooms were simple they had everything we needed, so bring a waterproof jacket! Queenstown is where you decide what sort of holiday you want, with loads of free time for anything from a skydive to a walk. Do the skyline dinner and the ice bar. Having the Milford Sound cruise thrown in was one of the best parts. Great all round for a first visit to New Zealand, with flexible free time and strong inclusions.
A brilliant way to see somewhere this beautiful. Put aside 600 to 1200 for the optional extras, because they're what make it. Bryce and Maso ran ours and were legends, and we slept well too. Honestly the trip of a lifetime.
Money well spent on this Contiki. I never got round to meeting the whole group, but that's my own doing, as socialising isn't really my thing. I still came away with two friends I'm still in touch with :)
What's thrown in for free is brilliant. Getting the Milford Sound trip at no extra cost feels almost silly, and I doubt another operator does the same. On top of that, the choice of things to do in your free time was superb.
The price stacks up, particularly somewhere like New Zealand where the distances are big, fuel runs $2.05 a litre and tourism carries the economy. We stayed in good places, and the meals laid on were either a buffet, a proper sit-down feed, or both. Our tour manager and driver turned the whole thing from a trip into an experience, and I loved every bit.

A really simple, hassle-free way of covering the South Island. I fitted in everything on my list without needing loads of time, which was exactly the point for me.
The one gap for us was anything to do with Maori culture. The tour carries on to the North Island and I gather there's something covering that up there, but roughly half of our original group got off in Christchurch, so we never got it, and it would have been really good to experience.
Nine days was all I could spare for New Zealand, so the South Island made the most sense for me: it's where you find the adrenaline stuff I enjoy, along with all that beautiful landscape.

Fantastic tour. Going in I assumed we'd be stuck in Queenstown far too long, and then I didn't want to leave, because there's endless stuff going on. It must rank among the prettiest cities anywhere.
Great bunch of people, and a great trip manager and bus driver. Doing things like the bungy and the zipline pushed me on personally and socially. As a first trip out of the country, I couldn't have picked better.

My first Contiki, and I went on my own, but I had a brilliant time from start to finish. I made loads of friends, saw so much of New Zealand's scenery and packed in a heap of activities. I just wish it had been longer.
Rae and Paddy were brilliant, and I don't think I've ever crammed so much fun into so little time. The people, the places, the me time activities, every bit of it was absolutely amazing.
I enjoyed the whole thing, both the extras you pay for and the ones built in. New Zealand is a gorgeous country and going with Contiki was the right call for a first visit.
There are loads of optional extras and they were all worth doing. The South Island scenery was wonderful, so were the people on my bus, and the nights out were wild.
I find it hard to explain just how much value I got out of this. You can't put a price on the experiences I had or the happiness I still get from the memories.

This went well past anything I'd imagined: the views, the coach and driver, the trip manager, what's included, the optional extras, the free time, how easy it all was. One thing I'd pass on to other first-time solo travellers is that if you have a medical condition, even a minor one, either book a single room up front or budget for upgrading along the way. The accommodation itself was good, but a couple of places made sharing tricky when I needed to do my medical routine in the mornings. About half the shared rooms were completely fine; I upgraded for the rest of the nights because the rooms lacked the facilities I needed, and after that I had no complaints.

For everything I managed to do, the price felt fair. The exchange rate helped as well, since I kept reminding myself the figures looked smaller once converted back into US dollars :) You choose how much you spend on the optional activities, so the trip works whether you're watching every cent or happy to splash out.
Truly a wonderful tour. Fingers crossed you get Cam and Weeman, because the pair of them made it. Our Queenstown rooms were pretty bare, but you're barely indoors on a holiday like this so it hardly registered. I'd skip the funyaks, they don't live up to the hype. The scenery, though, is gorgeous.
Ten days going round the South Island with a great group of mates, and we saw some of the loveliest places in New Zealand. If it's your first time in the country, this is the one to book.
Good value, no question. The activities don't cost a fortune, you try a stack of things you've never done before, and you end up with a whole new set of friends. I'd happily go again.

Great value in my eyes. I went in with no real idea what was coming, and I got everything I'd hoped for and a lot besides. It genuinely was worth what I paid, and coming home with money still in my pocket made it even sweeter.
For how long the trip runs, the cost looked good to me, especially once you count what's included like meals and some of the activities. Being able to pay for extra me time activities was a nice chance to build a few more memories that stick.
There's a huge amount packed in, and the South Island of New Zealand is simply stunning. What I liked most was the sheer number of choices during free time and me time.
Queenstown took up too much of the trip, since three days or fewer would have covered everything, and our hotel sat a fair way out from town. I'd rather have had a whole day in Dunedin.
Wonderful trip right around the South Island. You get to move at whatever speed suits you and there's a wide range of things to throw yourself into, adventure and downtime in just the right measure. Even the coach legs went quickly, because the little scenic stops every hour turned into one of the best bits. And the travel companions you pick up along the way end up being mates for life.! Can't recommend it enough.

Hands down the best thing was being surrounded by other people who love travelling as much as I do, because doing the South Island solo wouldn't come close. The route took in everything I'd hoped for: Queenstown, the glaciers, the lakes, plus snowboarding, which I'd completely forgotten was part of it. A short tour that I loved, my second with Contiki and the ideal way to take in the South Island. Christchurch was pleasant but quiet, Lake Ohau was beautiful and absolutely freezing, Dunedin was interesting, and Queenstown was AMAZING. Adrenaline isn't usually my thing but I pushed myself and gave it all a go, which really paid off. I'd been looking forward to Franz Josef, then snow kept us stuck in Queenstown two days longer. Travel in winter and you should expect delays, so pack some patience. Loved it, and the money was well spent.
