Erin was an absolute dream tour lead for the 9 day tour of Brisbane to Cairns. She had the perfect balance of fun energy. LETS GO INTROOOO. To making sure we knew when we needed to set those alarms. She made the trip so special for all of us and it’s certainly another intro trip I’ll remember because of her. Anyone who has her is in for such a great time!

What an experience. I am absolutely in love with Vietnam and I am already planning my next adventure to come back. Despite the fairly ‘short’ amount of time on this trip, you get such an amazing taste of what the country has to offer, so much so that I think if you were to do the same on your own, it would take weeks if not months. I have made some amazing friends, unforgettable memories and a craving for more Vietnamese adventure. Big shout out to our group leader, Aerosh Elike. He contacted us a few days before the trip to introduce himself and ask if we had any questions before arriving. He then made contact as I landed to make sure I knew where to go to get my transfer to the accommodation. The tour was busy, but also relaxed. I thought amount of meals included were good, it gave you opportunity to try new foods or seek comfort meals. There were the right amount of activities and our travel days were broken up with some of the activities. The local guides were knowledgeable and approachable and so friendly and kind. They gave a true insight into the culture and lifestyle of Sri Lankan people. Again huge shout out to Aerosh, throughout the trip he was approachable and his communication every evening about what we were doing the next day and what time we had to meet etc was clear. He checked in at every hotel to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Any issue you had he was your man and he would go to the end of the earth to make sure you were happy, safe, healthy and he did it with the biggest smile! If you book this tour and are lucky enough to get Aerosh, you’re in for a good time and you will feel safe and supported throughout! If your thinking of heading to Sri Lanka and want to get a taste and see what the country has to offer definitely look at booking this tour. Any advice, definitely book one night pre accommodation to get yourself settled and post accommodation if you want to spend some extra time relaxing down south at the beach! Tour leaders can help with booking any onward travel or transfers! They are so helpful and knowledgeable!

Exploring the North Island with Intro was a fantastic experience - my second trip with them. Our leader Niamh was excellent, sharing plenty of knowledge about New Zealand's history and culture along the way. She was great at helping the group get to know each other through games nights, group meals and other planned activities, and made sure everyone felt welcome and involved. A real highlight was the Mitai Māori Village - amazing food and entertainment.

I did the 9-day North Island tour. The itinerary was well thought out and the accommodation suited our group nicely - I don't usually love hostels, but when your roommates are all new friends it works well. The optional activities were great fun with zero pressure to take part in everything. My favourite part of the trip was our guide Niamh - down to earth, made sure everyone was included and having a good time, with a genuinely great nature. I'd love to have her as a guide again. I also appreciated the working holiday visa support, which I haven't seen many other companies offer.

We'd booked through a third party who gave us the wrong details, so we ended up set to travel from the wrong starting point, but Intro Travel were really accommodating and guide Ollie sorted things out so we got back to Auckland. The trip was organized in every detail, and our guide,took such good care of us and our individual needs. She was punctual and reliable. I was sick with a bad flu for a couple of days, and she consistently checked in on me. She made sure everyone had what they needed at all times. It was amazing to be able to fully relax during the tour and not worry about schedules, train or ferry tickets, or accommodation. I really enjoyed the temples and the hike, and if I could suggest something, it would be to include more activities like those. I had so much fun with the other people in the group, and I am grateful for the connections I made. That said, I would have probably enjoyed being part of a more diverse group. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and the places we visited were gorgeous. I loved it so much, that I already pre-booked my next trip!

We had an amazing group of people from all over the world and a variety of ages. I was so impressed with the high standard of organisation, variety of activities, and our tour leader was just the best! We had our own air conditioned coach/bus with dedicated drivers that came with us throughout the entire trip. At each hotel, our tour leader completed an inspection of our rooms, and was always on hand for any worries/issues/hopes/dreams we had. Communication throughout couldn’t be faulted, and the group sizes are excellent (we had 10 on our group).

Amazing tour of the north island of New Zealand. Everything was well planned and extremely enjoyable. Our group leaders were great and made the atmosphere relaxed and great fun.

Best tour guide ever if you don’t get him as a tour guide you will have the biggest loss ever. Funny. Organised. Activities were fantastic. Visiting Wellington would have been great too.

Great tour of the NZ north island, very organised with the option to have your tour leader add on any extra activities you want to do. We also got a lot of working & travelling advice from the tour leader so it’s handy if you plan to live and work in NZ. Highly recommend I had the best week.

My tour guide, was wonderful. Full of knowledge, and was a constant kind, fun, approachable & friendly face for the past two weeks. She really went the extra mile for our group and made sure everyone got to see and do what they wanted to, including making lots of arrangements for people after the tour has finished (ie extra activities, taxis, further travel information), which really sticks out to me.
