What happens if my flight gets delayed?

If you are starting your tour from Ayers Rock Airport, don't worry – your guide stays in regular contact with the operator's operations team. If your flight is delayed, we ask that you please:

• If possible, call or email us before you land and let us know about the delay, so the information can be passed on to your guide.
• If you are only able to get in touch after landing, that is fine. Please call us when you land and let us know you have arrived.
• If your flight into Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport is delayed significantly, the operator will pick you up as soon as they can. With longer delays, the tour vehicle may be busy with the rest of your group at Uluru sunset, in which case they will collect you afterwards. There may be times when you are asked to be patient.
