Wow! what an amazing experience it was!From start to finish the tour was so efficiently planned out. Our group leader and his proactiveness and willingness to go above and beyond really eased the whole process for a first time solo traveller; messaging about transport options from the airport, daily packing lists and itinerary reminders, as well as being a really enthusiastic and fun guy. The most beautiful city on earth! Thank you for making this trip all that it is!

My New Zealand Intro tour was amazing, and a big reason for that was Lauren Ryan. She was organised, friendly and clearly cared about making sure the whole group had a great time, right from day one. Lauren struck a great balance - professional when you needed her help, but always fun to have around too. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made a real difference and got us more out of each stop. Couldn't have asked for a better leader; she made the trip one I won't forget. Highly recommend.

The trip was brilliantly organised from start to finish, with airport pickup and drop off from the first and last location all organised by Intro and our tour leader! Our tour leader, Andre, was a fan favourite in the group. He matched our energy and jokes so well it felt like he was apart of the holiday rather than just leading it. His experience as a tour leader really showed through his ability to keep things running smoothly, and share his outstanding knowledge for Indonesia and the country’s heritage. Everyone always felt very comfortable and looked after - give this man a raise! The tour covered several locations across Bali with a couple of days in the Gili Isles as well. One of the highlights was seeing multiple turtles while snorkelling within ocean reefs, a truly majestic sight. Additionally, I also really enjoyed learning from the local guides at the temples, rice paddies, farms, and Monkey Forest in Ubud. The markets were fantastic too! It was my first experience bartering which was great fun! And of course, I can’t forget the nightlife. We were lucky enough to experience a full moon party which Andre carefully had planned out for us! We also became millionaires after winning the notorious pub quiz on Gili-T! Definetly a holiday highlight! I would recommend that this trip is suitable to solo, couple, or group travellers. A couple things to be aware of is some early wake-up calls and long drives on uneven road surfaces - bring something comfy to cushion up on! There is also free time in-between some activities which allow you to have a break. I would recommend filling this time with scuba diving and ATVs if you are up for a thrill! Would had loved an extra couple days did not want to go home! I would happily travel with Intro again, assuming I didn’t make too much of a fool of myself and they’d have me back! I’d also love to see them run a tour in Peru in the future, as there is a wonder there I need to see! Until next time Andre and Intro! Sampai jumpa lagi!

Selina led our group on the NZ 17-day Adventure Tour, and it was genuinely one of the best stretches of my life. Everything was planned brilliantly and ran without a hitch. She made sure the whole group felt welcome and was always approachable if we had questions. It was my first fully guided tour, and it's already got me wanting to travel with Intro again - I just wish Selina could lead them all.

I can’t emphasise enough how wonderful this trip was. Our tour guide Vivek and our group leader Dev made us feel so safe and taken care of at every point in the journey. There were countless times when both went far beyond what would ever be expected of them in terms of service and care. Aside from that, they were also both genuinely nice and fun people to be around and made a real effort with everyone which really helped the group relax and enjoy themselves. They are both highly informed and intelligent, and they educated us on so many issues and topics related to India. The accommodation, food and activities were super and we were able to just relax and enjoy the tour. I would absolutely recommend Intro to anyone - especially solo travellers, and I would happily go on another tour with them.

I just finished my 17 day tour of Japan and like every one I've had on Intro it was truly memorable and exceptional. From the urban sprawl and hubub of Tokyo, to the history of Kyoto, to the chill vibe of Osaka, to the scenic mountain vistas, especially Mount Fuji, This tour checked all the boxes and I highly recommend it to anyone who's considering. And our Tour Leader Charlie was phenomenal! Not only did he ensure we were having a great time but he adeptly handled all the organizational responsibilities flawlessly. Just a tremendous person and I was so very fortunate to have him as our tour leader.
The 17-day tour combining New Zealand's North and South Islands has to be one of the best holidays I've ever had. Faye led us brilliantly from beginning to end, putting everyone at ease early on and always working to make it the best trip possible - I can't picture it without her (or her legendary karaoke). It was well organised, packing plenty in while still leaving room to unwind or add optional extras like the Tongariro Crossing, Roy's Peak or a skydive. Travelling solo, it was fantastic - I met wonderful people and came away with friends for life. Anyone weighing up a group tour in New Zealand should absolutely pick this one.

New Zealand ended up being right up there among the best trips of my life. Faye kept everyone feeling welcome and included, staying organised despite our boat breaking down not once but twice - she laughed it off and kept the group stress-free throughout. She brought genuine joy to everyone around her. I did my skydive with her watching on, and even though she clearly noticed how nervous I was, she encouraged me the whole way, right up until she jumped herself. You really notice great service in the effort you never see - everything just flows. Would highly recommend Intro, with Faye as an outstanding leader.

Niamh and Faye, our two leaders, were both brilliant - fun, clued-up, and always looking out for everyone. They kept us entertained with games and stories that helped the group gel, and did everything possible to adapt when weather threw plans off course.

This 17-day New Zealand tour gave me one of the standout experiences of my life so far. Between a traditional Māori feast and ceremony, skydiving, hikes and boat parties, the mix of activities blended culture, thrills and celebration perfectly. It's non-stop, but there's downtime built in to recharge, especially on travel days, so it strikes a good balance. Going solo still felt daunting despite having done group trips before, but over those 17 days you build friendships that feel years old. Big shout-out to our leader Danny, who sorted all the transport, bookings and logistics so we could just soak up New Zealand without a worry. He's also a talented videographer and captured memories I'll treasure.

The best holiday I have ever been on. The accommodation was amazing. Everything was planned so well and from day 1 I felt like I was in good hands. Our group leader Sam really made the experience though. She is so talented at what she does and made every moment perfect. We were so well informed about everything we were doing and everywhere we were going. She had genuine personal connections with all the locals that we encountered and had so much knowledge of the local areas, which meant we got truly immersed culturally and got to know the locals and their ways of life. She really couldn't have done anything more for us and I felt so safe in her hands. The activities were also amazing. I had a great time at every activity, even the ones that I wasn't particularly excited about. I was pleasantly surprised by all of them and it has made me rethink the types of activities I might do on future holidays. I will definitely travel again and genuinely couldn't recommend them more. Everything was amazing I can’t pick a favourite thing. Would have loved an extra couple of days to explore more but was amazing to get so many things ticked off the bucket list in one trip.

Everything was so well organised by our tour leader. She always went above and beyond to ensure myself and everyone on tour were safe and having a good time. She was great fun and added to the strong chemistry of our group. There was a point during my trip where I fell ill, and she did everything she could to ensure I became well in the end.

So seamless and well organised from start to finish. Was never worried or concerned about areas we went to and the transport timing and pick up was impeccable! A definite variety on hotel standards but more on a higher standard that lower. A perfect balance of being busy which kept it exciting mixed with plenty of down time to yourself and time to bond with the group. I did end up spending maybe more than than I hoped as I thought more meals would be included but thankfully not an expensive country!

Seventeen days is jam-packed and flies by - adrenaline activities mixed with city orientations and real respect shown for Māori culture. Ollie was the perfect guide: fun-loving but organised, and you could really tell how much she cared about New Zealand's culture, which clearly rubbed off on the whole group. I left well prepared each day of the trip. The tour leader was very attentive to everyone’s needs and answered any question we had at any time of the day or night. He was also very knowledgeable about the country, culture, and religions which made me the tour experience better. He was also amazing at keeping the tour on schedule and making sure we got to each destination with more than enough time so that we didn’t miss any of our activities or ferry connections. Overall the tour leader made this trip a great experience!

My first Intro tour and it couldn't have gone better - everything's booked and arranged so you just turn up and enjoy it. New Zealand is stunning, and even the long drives were enjoyable thanks to the views. Our leader Eloise, whom we nicknamed 'our vibe guide', poured everything into the role - always checking in on us, keeping the logistics seamless, and even writing us a poem at our farewell dinner. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. Our group formed a really close bond around her, and I feel very lucky.
