Discover the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Mountains on this comprehensive day tour from Sydney. Journey into the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains for a full day of wildlife encounters, stunning scenery, and world-class attractions.
Begin your day at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, where you'll have the opportunity to get up close to some of Australia's most iconic native animals. Meet kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, wombats, Tasmanian devils, and more.
Begin your day at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, arriving right around opening time. We have specifically designed the itinerary to get you to the wildlife park early, before the large tour buses and crowds arrive.
The early start also means you'll experience the animals at one of the best times of the day — when many of them are just waking up, active, and ready for their morning feed. This creates better opportunities to see, interact with, and feed the animals, including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, wombats, Tasmanian devils, and many other Australian native species.
You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or a coffee at the park during your visit, at your own expense.
Next, travel to Wentworth Falls, one of the region's most impressive natural landmarks. Take in the spectacular views of the waterfalls and surrounding eucalyptus forest, with time to enjoy the scenery and explore the area.
Continue to Lincoln's Rock, a dramatic clifftop lookout offering sweeping views across the Jamison Valley. It is a fantastic spot for photos and one of the Blue Mountains' most spectacular viewpoints. Please note that Lincoln's Rock may occasionally be closed at the discretion of park rangers. If it is closed on the day of your tour, your guide will visit Sublime Point Lookout instead, ensuring you still enjoy an incredible Blue Mountains viewpoint.
The tour then continues to Scenic World, where your admission is included. Experience some of the Blue Mountains' most famous attractions, including the world's steepest railway, the Cableway crossing the Jamison Valley, the Skyway with spectacular views over the rainforest and cliffs, and the elevated rainforest boardwalks.
You'll have free time at Scenic World to explore the attractions and enjoy lunch at one of the on-site restaurants or cafés. Lunch is not included in the tour price and is at your own expense.
After Scenic World, continue to Echo Point to see the legendary Three Sisters rock formation and enjoy panoramic views across the Jamison Valley. Your guide will also share stories and information about the Blue Mountains and its Aboriginal heritage.
Finally, visit Katoomba Falls, one of the Blue Mountains' most beautiful waterfalls. Enjoy the spectacular views and surrounding scenery before beginning the journey back to Sydney.
