Coronavirus (COVID19) – Customer Information

As a result of the increasing severity of Covid19 and the subsequent closing down of Australia's borders and self-isolation requirements, most of the operators we work with have decided to suspend their trips. Most of the tours that have been booked with us will be suspended over the next 3-6 months with a full travel credit applied to those passengers whose trips are affected. Some operators are offering a value of up to 110% of the value of your original booking. The validity period of these credits vary from operator to operator so please contact us for more information.

We aim to communicate with you as soon as any relevant information becomes available that will enable you to re-schedule your tour.
